Grace Imaging, located in Maumee, OH, USA, specializes in printing high-quality custom labels with quick turnaround times. The converter, which specializes in top-tier wine and spirits clients, has added more equipment from GM. Grace Imaging now has five GM machines, which have played an important part in their success and growth. “We serve the top-tier wine and spirits clients who have an extremely high demand for quality and customization,” says Robert Petrie, founder, Grace Imaging. “To be able to stay on top of this segment we depend on cutting-edge equipment, durability, color consistency, and perfect registration – with absolutely no shift in quality. “Our highly skilled staff also plays an important role in our success. Our staff has an in-depth knowledge of our equipment, as well as the finishing techniques. They are encouraged to experiment with machinery to deliver highly customized labels for our clients and this flexibility can be achieved with the GM machines. When operated perfectly – outstanding results come out of these high-end machines.” In 2012, Robert Petrie launched Grace Imaging, with two tabletop machines in a 600 square-foot office. Today, Grace Imaging is run by 20 full-time employees in a 17,000 square-foot building. This support also means keeping our business running daily. When our equipment is down, we need a fast response. The GM America team provides this high level of support on all of our GM machines.” “Over the years we have noticed that, from an engineering perspective, GM listens to our wishes in machine design. They are always developing and adjusting the equipment to match our ever-changing needs and challenges. “Today we have 5 GM machines which have played an important part in our success and growth,” he adds.
